After past events, people have reflected on Sing into the Sunlight by calling it an absolutely beautiful day, heartwarming”, inspirational, healing, and eye-opening. The day is filled with music, fun, meeting new people, and sharing laughs with old friends. Most importantly, it will give you a glimpse into the issue of suicide, the mental illnesses that lead to it, and the stigma that surrounds it, so that you can help make a difference. This an amazing day that you don't want to miss. While food, vendors, and raffles cost money, admission to the event is free and there are many free activities as well. You can donate at the event or contact us at Singintothesunlight@gmail.com to become a sponsor prior to the event.  Proceeds go toward further events and programs that promote suicide prevention, mental health awareness, and to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
